Check-in:

The flats are available from approx. 15:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, due to the size of our company, we are unable to offer you an early check-in.

Should you arrive after 18:00, please inform us by telephone on 0043/5256 22924, thank you.

Check-out:

The flats must be vacated by 9.00 a.m. on the day of arrival at the latest.

In the event of early departure, the full room rate for the days booked will be charged without deductions.

Registration for the apartments:

For the holiday apartments, arrival or check-in is at the "Barbara" house.
(Schalfkogelweg 10 / traffic guidance system U2 or U4). 

There is registration and key handover for both houses.
Please ring "Info" at the house bell.

Our wellbeing services:
  • free W-Lan internet access
  • Towels can be changed once a week on request.
  • Linen pack (covers & sheets), woollen blankets, tea towels
  • Bathroom package (2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 bath mat, towels, hand soap or shower gel) 
  • 10 % voucher for the ski rental "Scheiber Sport" - at Online 
    Booking 15%
  • Heated ski and boot room for your equipment (located in Haus Barbara - usable from both houses!)
  • 1 coffee capsule machine from "Nespresso" - selection of capsules available at reception
  • 1 filter coffee maker
  • 1 parking space per flat included. (Exception: Apartment B-3 Combi 2 parking spaces!) Limited additional parking spaces only available on request! If you are travelling with more cars or have an oversized car, you are welcome to use the public car park at the Festkoglbahn.  Tariff overview here

Payment for the apartment:

Payment for the flat is due on the day of arrival at check-in at the latest. To settle the final account, we only accept cash payment in euros on site. Please make arrangements for this at the bank in good time. An advance transfer to our account shortly before arrival is of course possible.

Use of sauna (only in winter):

Use of the sauna in one of our partner establishments possible for a fee. Minimum age 15 years.

Dogs & other pets:

We do not accept pets in our house.

Fixed reservations:

Reservations are only considered firm once a deposit per flat as stated in the reservation email has been received. You can transfer this to our account.

Please understand that we cannot cover any expenses. You can obtain information about our bank details at info@annakogl.at

When a reservation is made (accommodation contract), the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire reservation period will be charged.

Please note that cancellation fees are due in any case, irrespective of re-letting.

For a stay of up to 3 days we charge a short stay surcharge of Euro 10,- per person and day. Place of jurisdiction Silz.

Travel Cancellation Insurance & Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation sounds annoying - and it is. It's a shame when someone can't come and rooms remain free, even though others would have liked to come. On the other hand, anything can happen.

Our request: Protect yourself for your holiday and take out travel cancellation and trip interruption insurance. You can take out separate travel insurance with the insurance company you trust.

In the event of cancellation without travel cancellation insurance, the cancellation conditions listed apply without exception, irrespective of any re-letting.

Our cancellation policy is based on the generally applicable General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) and our own terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS WINTER

  • Up to 91 days before arrival: € 50.00 processing fee
  • 90 to 31 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
  • 30 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
  • 7 to 4 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
  • 3 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total price

In case of cancellation, proceed as follows:
- Please inform us in good time
- We will send you the corresponding cancellation invoice
- After transferring the invoice, you can submit it to your insurance company

Please note that cancellation fees are due in any case, irrespective of subletting.
