    Those who love the freedom of not being bound to fixed (meal) times and appreciate all the comforts of a luxurious holiday home will find the perfect holiday home in our house. Centrally located, you can reach the village centre with its large selection of restaurants, bars and cafés, the Obergurgl ski school, various sports shops and much more in just a few minutes.

    Location in winter

    The entrance to the ski slope as well as the ski school meeting point "Hochfirst" can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

    Location in summer

    Our houses are located in the centre of Obergurgl. Bakery, supermarkets, sports shops, bus stops and lifts can be reached in a few minutes' walk directly from the house. The entrance to the many hiking trails is right outside the front door. A great advantage of the Ötztal is the perfect bus connection. It leaves almost every 30 minutes from the centre of the village.
